It’s pretty simple. You can’t find a solution to your teeth being hurt by stomach acid, or having esophagitis due to bulimia, or, or, or.
When I was bulimic I would have loved to find those things that could stop my rapid heart beating, my snow blind, my teeth rotting, my grinding.
Truth is? Recovery is the only solution. And the sooner you recover, then you will then circumvent the tooth decay, the not bringing on the consequences of bulimia.
It’s simple. The only solution. Recover. It’s difficult too, because recovery is not simple.
